Tasting: In 2018, the Foillard family purchased a three-hectare parcel in a place called Champagne, adjacent to Jean-Louis Dutraive's holdings, so that's where the Fleurie comes from, replacing their previous fruit suppliers. It has aromas of cherries, smoked berries, earth, spice and potpourri. It is velvety and charming, with nice depth, bright acidity and a sapid finish.
