Presentation of the wine : This wine comes from old vines grown on a terroir of grey marls of lias and iridescent marls. The vinification is made during 30 months on lees, according to the simplest rules, the gas as well as the deposit are natural.
Tasting : A very fruity nose. The wine is very balanced in the mouth. You will notice its beautiful length, its salinity and its superb liveliness. It is a very mineral style wine.
Grape Variety : Chardonnay
Certification: Organic agriculture / Work of the vine in biodynamics.
Keeping potential : Can be drunk in its young years. Can be kept for 10 years in the cellar.
Alcohol: 13 degrees
Service: Decanting can be done. Let the wine rest for a moment (1 or 2 hours) before serving.
