Tasting by Stephan Reinhardt on 30 October 2020: "The Graacher Himmelreich Auslese 2019 (gold capsule) offers a concentrated, spicy bouquet with notes of tea and lemon chutney. Round and refined on the palate, this is a very elegant, salty-spicy Auslese with a delicate grip and very fine concentration. It tastes concentrated but not so sweet and enormously pungent and salty. Tasted at the estate in September 2020."
