TASTING
- A satiny, luminous and dense robe / pale yellow gold. On the nose, we immediately find the iodine side, and also candied lemon, cherry custard and cookie. Once the Champagne airs out, it leans towards jasmine and sweet spices. The palate offers fruit, and a fresh, vibrant, gourmand side.
- Cellaring: Drink now through 2026.
