Grape varieties: Grenache 30% / Syrah 40% / Mourvèdre 30%.
Terroir: clayey-siliceous with rolled pebbles
Vinification: 30 days of maceration with temperature control.
Fermentation : 10% in barrels, 90% in stainless steel tanks.
Harvest : by hand / Bottled at the Domaine
Tasting: Very dark and dense red colour with bluish tints. Very fruity aromas (raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, blackcurrant) floral (violet), with a very slightly toasty note. On the palate, fine tannins, fat, very long and fresh finish.
Serve with: dishes in sauce, small game and soft cheeses, some Asian dishes.
Serving temperature: 18°C
Cellaring potential: 2 to 8 years
