Tasting: Very dark and dense red colour with bluish tints. Very fruity aromas (raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, blackcurrant) floral (violet), with a very slightly toasty note. On the palate, fine tannins, fat, very long and fresh finish.
Serve with: dishes in sauce, small game and soft cheeses, some Asian dishes.
