Tasting : Mas Amiel's 'Vintage 1999' has a beautiful ruby colour, produced entirely from Grenache Noir, with a complex nose of blood oranges and candied blackberries. This exquisitely balanced wine delights the palate with its notes of sweet plums, black raspberries, black cherries and molasses flavours. It is full-flavoured and outgoing.
Grape variety: 100% Grenache Noir.
Dosage: 15.5% alcohol and 105 grams of residual sugar per litre.
