Tasting notes: "Very old vines, organic farming, and some of the lowest yields in Bordeaux produce dense, highly extracted, exceptionally pure, elegant wines that possess Burgundy-like texture and complexity. The bouquet offers notes of black raspberries and black currants, nicely complemented by mineral and floral scents. The spicy and vanilla component is subtle.
