Tasting : The nose is marked by violet, blackberry and mineral. Powerful, with very fine tannins that caress the palate. Long and concentrated, with black licorice, blackberry and raspberry.
TECHNICAL DATA
The cuvée : Cru Classé de Graves, is composed of merlot, cabernet sauvignon, malbec and petit verdot. The classic vinification, carried out in stainless steel and concrete vats of small volume, precedes an ageing period of 12 months in oak barrels.

Terroir : clay on limestone and gravel
Blend : Merlot 58% / Cabernet Sauvignon / 36% Malbec 6%.
Degree of alcohol : 14,5°.
Vinification : Manual harvest and successive selections. Vinification in stainless steel and concrete tanks. Malolactic fermentation in barrels (50% new) and aging for 18 months.
