Because of their location, the red wines from the Premiers Crus of Pernand-Vergelesses are both fine and elegant, offering more body and power than the village appellations. Their visual presentation reveals a wine with purplish tints and subtle nuances, its expressive notes of blackcurrant, raspberry and violets will lead us to a fleshy wine with a beautiful intensity.
