- Grape variety: 90% Grenache and 10% Maccabeu
- Llum is a wine that embodies terroir and minerality.It has a golden colour with grey highlights and a nose with aromas of pear, lemon, vanilla honey and almond blossom.On the palate, it is sapid and well-crafted, with a perfect balance between roundness and acidity. The finish is taut and salivating, with a style combining lace, crystal and minerality. Try it and you'll be seduced.
- Terroir: a blend of Grenache gris and Maccabeu vines planted between 1919 and 2008. Superficial soils of ancient schist formed by the compression of pure clay, rich in silica. Located on the northern slopes of Força Réal, in the village of Montner, Pyrénées-Orientales. Certified organic and biodynamic viticulture.
- Vinification: Yields of 15 hl/ha, hand-picked in 20 kg crates, fermented with indigenous yeasts in foudre, old 500 L and 228 L barrels. Aged for 8 months.
- Food and wine pairing: salmon tartar, scallop tartar, oysters, chicken with chestnuts.
