- Grapes : Merlot at 65%, Cabernet Franc at 27.5% and Cabernet Sauvignon at 7.5%.
- Tasting : Laroze is a graceful, quite powerful and richly fruity Saint-Emilion that will be delicious to drink during its first decade of life. The color is a dark ruby, and the wine offers plenty of black cherry, kirsch liqueur and spicy notes. Fleshy and delicious, it can be drunk now.
