Saint Joseph 2018 La Dardouille in Magnum - Emmanuel Darnaud
(94 - 96)+/100
Maturity: 2021 - 2033
By Joe Czerwinski in 2020: "Despite an alcohol content of 15.2%, the Saint Joseph La Dardouille 2018 has no heat due to alcohol. With accents of crushed stone, pencil shavings and violet on deep blackcurrant and blueberry notes, this wine should prove exceptional. It is full-bodied, concentrated and richly textured, with a long, vibrant and intensely flavored finish that also manages to be elegant. Wow!"
