Château Talbot 1981
Saint-Julien - 4ème Grand Cru Classé
Tasting Notes: Attractive and well-made, the 1981 Talbot exhibits surprising elegance and suppleness. Dark ruby, with a moderately intense bouquet of black currants and aromas of meat, leather, and tar, this wine has good concentration and light tannins. It is drinkable now. Similar in style to the 1979, the 1981 is a bit more fruity and deep.
Cellaring: Drink now.
