Côte du Vivarais - Alain Gallety
Blend of 30% Grenache and 70% Syrah. Old vines. This plot selection is the fruit of a very rigorous work during which we push our know-how to the maximum both in the vineyard and in the cellar. Yields of 12 to 15 hl/ha. Maceration for 45 days then maturing in new oak barrels for 2 years. This wine is bottled without fining or filtration. Preferably open the bottle 1 hour in advance.
