Tasted by William Kelley on September 23, 2021: "Revealing notions of crisp green apple, citrus oil, wet stones and fresh bread, it's quite powerful, pillowy and incisive, with a lovely mousse and a bright backbone of acidity."

- Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru
- Elaboration: 2014/2015 blend - 70% in vats - 30% in barrels. Aged on fine lees - No malolactic fermentation. Prolonged ageing on lees in bottle (5 years).
- Dosage : Zero dosage
- Tasting : To the eye, the colour is light gold. On the nose, the wine offers chalky aromas and some spicy notes. On the palate, the attack is precise and the wine is very pure.
- Service : To be enjoyed at a temperature of 10 to 12°C.
