This rosé made from 90% Chardonnay de Chouilly reveals greedy notes of red fruits and an airy finish. The very low dosage gives it freshness and precision. To be enjoyed on a plate of cold meats or cheeses to share, a duck breast with figs or a half-cooked salmon with sweet spices.
