This black/purple-coloured wine has a magnificent nose of violets, truffles, pencil lead, blueberries and blackberry liqueur. Full-bodied, with stunning concentration, a voluptuous texture, low acidity and melted, well-integrated tannins, this deep, multi-dimensional, profound Bordeaux is beginning to drink exceptionally well. It should continue to do so for another two decades or more."
