- "Fabulous aromas of redcurrants, rose petals, dried strawberries and a hint of lemon zest. Damp earth and chalk. Full and dense, so compacted and pressed. What a texture. A phenomenal wine. It needs five or six years to open up, but it's a joy to drink. Incredible. What energy! Made from organically grown grapes. I'm amazed. Tasted in 2017."
