PRESENTATION OF THE CUVÉE
- Ageing potential: To be drunk from 2024 to 2040.
- Tasting notes: On the nose, notes of citrus oil, crisp green apple, fresh peach and oyster shell. An incisive wine that will reward some bottle age.
- The estate tells you about it: This climate is located along the old Roman road linking the town of Auxerre to that of Tonnerre. At this point, the road climbed the hill to reach the plateau in the direction of Tonnerre. In the continuation of the Grands Crus, it is the most complete of the Premiers Crus because it has all the elements: mineral, floral, fat, opulent and rich.
