Nose: A nose with a beautiful freshness associated with a straightforward minerality and citrus fruit aromas.
Palate: The ageing in amphora gives this orange wine roundness and fatness in the mouth, revealing intense notes of citrus peel with light tannins on the finish.
Terroir : Flint on limestone
Vinification: 4 months maceration on skins in 4 hl Italian amphora. Aged for 12 months in barrels. No sulphur, no filtration.
Pairing: Salmon sushi or sashimi, scallop tartar or white meat
