Tasted in 2023 - “Complex, subtle aromas of blackcurrant, hazelnut, bark, mushroom and chocolate follow through to a full body, with racy, long tannins that extend throughout the wine. Classic structure. Polished but musical. Very Phelan. 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. To be tried after 2027.”
