PRESENTATION OF THE CUVÉE
- Ageing potential: To be drunk between 2024 and 2040.
- Tasting : Satiny and charming, the Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir offers a nose with notes of peach, citrus oil and nutmeg. Fleshy and elegantly textured, it is bright and lively, with a nicely defined finish.
- To serve: ideal temperature between 10 and 12 °C.
- Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay
- The estate tells you about it : "The origin of its name is not certain. It is probably best to retain only: "the valley of all desires", which winegrowers and wine lovers await each year with great hope. It is probably the most charming name given to a wine climate.
