Polished and firm with fine tannins that provide form and beauty to this wine. Medium-bodied, creamy and attractive. Classy.
Grape varieties : Blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc.
Tasting notes : A rich nose of red fruits (cherries and strawberries), with a well-integrated oaky note. It has in fact a rather Burgundian style. The palate is well-balanced, with fine tannins and lots of candied fruit.
Maturity: Enjoy this charming Côtes de Castillon from the Mitjavile family for the next 5 to 7 years.
