Manual harvest followed by thorough sorting, fermentation in open stainless steel vats for 3 weeks, ageing in wood (5% new) for 15-16 months.
Location and geologyOn the commune of Comblanchien. A calcareous and sandy ground, made of small stones .

Yield and productionFrom 35 to 45 hl/ha for an average of 6,000 bottles per year
The spirit of the Côte de Nuits is present through the aromas, but the structure is generally finer than for the other communal appellations. They are therefore more accessible when young, and represent a very interesting quality/price ratio.
