A scented nose of wild strawberries, frozen raspberries, wet stones, dried herbs and some forest floor. It’s pristine, tactile and poised, with a medium body, fine tannins and a fresh lift at the center bringing balance and vitality. Charming peppery influence in the long, flavorful, delicate yet energetic finish. Drink or hold.

  • Open the bottle 2 to 3 hours before drinking. Best drunk after 5 to 10 years in the cellar.
