THE CUVÉE:
Champagne Brut Tradition results from the blending of several vintages, where the 40% of Pinot Noir provides a pleasant roundness, the 10% of Meunier contributes to its vinosity, and the 50% of Chardonnay gives it a characteristic freshness. It constitutes an elegant introduction to begin the tasting of champagnes, being the aperitif par excellence.
TASTING NOTES:
When tasting, the color is bright, clear, with slight green nuances. A fine and abundant foam is formed during serving, accompanied by a fine and persistent bead. The nose reveals a floral subtlety associated with a powerful expression, marked by notes of mimosa, followed by an evocation of citrus and ripe fruit. The attack on the palate is frank, marked by a lively freshness balanced by a subtle warmth of honey. The finish is pleasant, offering a medium length that concludes this tasting experience.
