100% Pinot Noir Grand Cru. Only very high quality grapes are harvested at Bollinger: in 2005, the plots of Vieilles Vignes Françaises are harvested on September 22nd and reveal an exceptional Pinot Noir.

A maturation time in the cellar more than twice as long as the rules of the appellation
