silky, full of softness and at the same time rich. The Finish is long and persistent.

DEVELOPMENT
The Vintage 2012 cuvée was aged 4 years in bottle and also benefits from a 6-month rest after disgorging in order to perfect its maturity. The dosage is 9 g/l.
- 70% Pinot Noir
- 30% Chardonnay
A true impression of classicism and comfort that the acidity comes to energize,
without excess, in the middle of the mouth to give an impression
of lightness superior to the power of the wine.
TASTING NOTES :
Golden yellow with soft amber highlights.
Very luminous and calm effervescence taking
birth on the entire surface of the glass.
Subtle bouquet showing, at the first nose, a certain
reserve: there are spring citrus notes
fresh (more lemon than lemon) associated with notes
hotter, almost smoky minerals. Come to
then notes of maturing in oak casks pulling
on the lightly toasted almond
