Adrien Renoir's Champagne Extra Brut Les Epinettes is the result of a blend of Pinot Noir 50 (100%) from the 40+ year old parcel of the same name (lieu-dit) located in Verzy, 100% Grand Cru village of the Montagne de Reims. The grapes are 100% from the 2016 harvest, and have rested on their own yeast for a minimum of 36 months. Zero dosage (0 g/l) for this vinous and intense Blanc de Noirs Champagne.
