Color: Copper-coloured with pink reflections, a silky and brilliant robe.
Nose : The nose is voluptuous, with aromas of strawberry jam, apricot and freshly stewed fruit. It gradually releases deep notes of marzipan, butter and fruit.
Palate : Creamy, it offers a rare freshness on this vintage. The unctuousness is melting, with flavours of fruit cooked in syrup. The freshness is supported by notes of citrus fruits, grapefruit and summer fruits. Remarkable persistence in the mouth.
Food and wine pairing : Ideal partner of epicurean dishes such as a Moroccan Tanjia (with lamb and lemon confit) or a lobster au naturel. For dessert it will sublimate a strawberry gazpacho with orange blossom.
