- VINTAGE : Cumières Rouge MEUNIER 2015
- TASTING: Revealing a deep, saturated hue, Geoffroy's Coteaux Champenois Cumières Rouge Meunier comes through with a delicate bouquet of dark wild berries, rose petals, Indian spices, bergamot and smoked meat. On the palate, it's fresh and enveloping, with ample structure, powdery tannins, ripe acids and a concentrated core of fruit, ending with a sapid finish.
- TERROIR: siliceous soil on a deep marl bed. QUANTITY : 1900 bottles, bottled in November 2018 Yield : 6000 kg/ha.

- AGEING : 15 to 20 years
- VINIFICATION : Manual harvest with strict sorting. Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Never fining and never filtration. Bottled in November 2018.
- TASTING: This is a red Cumières that is exotic at every stage of tasting. The intensity and depth of this red color proves the exceptional maturity of the grapes at harvest.
