Coteaux Champenois White 2019 Moulin à Vent - Geoffroy
From the estate
As a nod to Ganevat, this is a barrel that went into malolactic and was left in the bottom of the cellar for three years. It has lots of nutty and citrus notes, lemon peel, preserved lemons, chalk, dried flowers and flint. The palate is very fresh and has a dry salty taste. Lemons and roasted nuts here too. Long and steady, the balance is superb.
