Product description

Champagne Tarlant L'Étincelante 2002

Very great vintage of the Tarlant House

95+/100 Parker

Cellaring: 2020 - 2040

By Stephan Reinhardt in 2018 : "A blend of 57% Chardonnay, 29% Pinot Noir, and 14% Pinot Meunier, the 2002 Prestige L'Étincelante (literally: the sparkler) opens with an exciting bouquet that shows beautiful, ripe yet precise fruit aromas, as well as brioche, stone, and flint notes. On the palate, the 2002 is intense, firm and vibrantly fresh, with a juicy, chalky texture and a challenging salinity on the long but still youthful finish. This is one of the best vintage champagnes I've tasted here so far. Tasted in April 2018."
