Description
Located in the heart of the constellation of great wines of the Côte de Nuits, Charmes-Chambertin is one of the most renowned Grands Crus. Terroir of great complexity, it gives a wine excellent for its rich, supple and velvety structure. To be kept for a few years before it gives all its potential and refinement.
Tasting
- Tasting note : The Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru 2007 is characterized by an intense ruby colour and aromas of red berries. On the palate, it is an airy wine, with woody notes and a very fresh finish.
- Keeping potential 10-15 years
- Food and wine pairing: Venison daube - doe sautée with pepper and celery purée - Soumaintrain (cheese)
- Serving temperature: 16-17° C
