Presentation of the cuvée : This is the emblematic cuvée of Pradeaux, made according to an age-old recipe: a high proportion of Mourvèdre (90 to 95%) complemented by old Grenache vines. The selected grapes come from vines that are at least thirty years old and are vinified in whole bunches in thermo-regulated concrete tanks. The wine is matured for 48 months in old oak barrels.
Tasting: Tannic and fruity in its youth, this wine for ageing par excellence will give those who know how to wait for it a pleasure full of emotion. Notes of blackberries, chocolate, eucalyptus and brown tobacco.
