Château de Beaucastel White 2010
Chateauneuf du pape - Famille Perrin
95/100 Parker
When to drink this wine? : Wine at maturity, can be drunk now.
Tasting: “The 2010 Beaucastel Châteauneuf du Pape blanc is a little more closed than its 2011 counterpart, having been in the bottle for almost a year. Here again 80% Roussanne and 20% Grenache blanc vinified in vats, the wine displays the tropical typicity of fruit notes mixed with rose petals, crushed stone, spring flowers and a rather exotic character, a little tropical, but the tangerines dominate the fruit spectrum. "

Location: Château de Beaucastel has 7 hectares of vineyards planted with white grape varieties.
Terroir : Miocene marine molasse covered by an alpine diluvium (rolled pebbles).
