Tasting Note : Plump and lush in feel, with a mix of white peach, ginger, acacia and yellow apple fruit flavors, lined with verbena and quinine hints that add detail and energy through the finish. Drink now through 2022. 28 cases imported." JM in 2020

Tasting : A dry and very aromatic white Châteauneuf du Pape; it is powerful. A pale gold color with green reflections.  Elegant notes of lemon and white flowers on the nose. On the palate, a very fresh attack and a beautiful minerality on the finish.

Grape variety : 100% Clairette

Food pairing: Cold cuts, Fish, White meat, World cuisine, Cheese.
