Corse Figari White 2020 - Clos Canarelli
- Label : Biodynamic cultivation since 2006. Certified Ecocert (Organic) since 2002.
- Grape variety : 100% Vermentinu
- Tasting : Beautiful yellow/pale color with white reflections. Nose: fruity notes (white fruits) and floral notes (white flowers). The palate has a fatty side and substance, very appreciable. A nice acidity and length.
- Terroir : Clay-granitic soils. The vineyard is exposed South/North-West. Good climatic conditions; warm and exposed to the wind.
- Harvest : Not destemmed / Manual with sorting table / Fermentation with an indigenous yeast strain.
- Maturing : 6 to 8 months in tuns and barrels / Filtration and fining by natural clarification.
- Service : 11 - 13° C
- Harmonization : Grilled fish / Seafood / Cold cuts and Corsican cheeses
