Grape variety: 100% viognier.
Soil: quartzite granite and loess soil
Vinification: Hand-picked harvest. Native yeasts. Vinification in barrels (30% new) at low temperature. Weekly stirring of the lees for 6 months. Maturing in barrels on fine lees for 10 months.
Tasting note: maturity and freshness, lily of the valley with exotic flowers.
