- By Joe Czerwinski in 2018: "Niero's superior vintage comes from select parcels and sees just a little more oak than his other bottlings (about 50%). The 2017 Condrieu Heritage is full-bodied and rich, a lush, silky sexpot. Floral notes mark the nose, while ripe fruit ranges from melon to apricot and pineapple, all underlined by a powerful note of wet stones and a lingering finish."

- Presentation of the cuvée : "Héritage" is a selection of the best barrels of the vintage, no slackening here, the level of the range is very strong. Probably the richest and roundest of the Condrieu's, much more peach and cream, but still with an exotic perfume, stone fruits, apricots and satsuma, all well distributed, and enough acidity and balance to keep its shape in all the right places.
