94-96/100 Parker:
"Enticing mint, licorice and peppery spice notes accent chunky dark fruit on the nose of the 2018 Cornas Lieu-Dit Patou. A star in the Ferraton stable, it's full-bodied, rich and velvety, with a terrifically long finish. There's a lot to like here, even if it is a bit inelegant—and isn't that the essence of Cornas? It should drink well from soon after release through 2035 or so."
