Vineyard on a slope facing south, south-east at an altitude of 250 meters. less than 100 ha in production, for an average production of 2,000 hl hectoliters. cornas is a wine for the privileged! matured in oak barrels. traditional vinification in raw concrete vats. vatting time 28 to 32 days with punching down, pressing with a vertical press at low pressure. matured for 24 months including 12 months in old barrels then 12 months in concrete ovoids.
A digestible cornas, concentrated and fine! Long live pepper and violets!
