- Colour : The colour is bright red.
- Nose : The nose is very floral, with peony notes.
- Palate : The attack is ample and dense with a nice sweetness and the nice bitterness at the end of the mouth brings a nice freshness.
- Terroir : 50 cm of sand on limestone
- Vinification: 4 months maceration on skins in 8 hl Georgian amphora (Kvevri).
- Maturation: 12 months in barrels. No sulphur, no filtration. Corking directly in the cellar from the barrel to the bottle.
