Grape variety : 70% Marsanne and 30% Roussanne Yield : 40 hl/ha
Terroir : clay and limestone also called Kaolin
Viticulture : Organic fertilization, natural and reasoned sanitary protection, short pruning, leaf removal, green harvest if necessary and manual harvest.
Vinification : Low temperature fermentation (16°) for 20 % in new barrels, 50% in 1 year old barrels and 30% in stainless steel tanks.
Maturing: on fine lees in the same barrels and vats as for the vinification, malolactic fermentation and bottling after 11 months of ageing of maturation.
Label : Wines from organic agriculture certified by ECOCERT.
