- Presentation of the cuvée : A group of parcels located on the hillside of the village of Savennières, on a plateau of aeolian sands and black shales in depth, "Les Gaudrets" embodies the terroir profile most commonly represented in the appellation. The wines express the freshness and floral bouquet typical of Savennières wines. Aromas of white flowers and white fruits open up on an enveloping palate, carried by a beautiful acidity and a fine bitterness.
