- Terroir and plot: "Les Quarts" is the original plot that gave its name to the Quarts-de-Chaume appellation. This parcel represents almost half of the 7 Ha of the named place. This terroir benefits from an exposure on the southern slope of the hill. The Schist in the subsoil allows the wine to have a vertical structure and a superb freshness.

- Production : This wine is produced in exceptional years! The winegrowers preserve the tradition of producing a great sweet wine from this mythical plot. An exceptional terroir with sunny hillsides, full South, exposed to the morning mists of the Layon and which benefit from the aeration by constant winds. This allows to obtain a botrytis with a superb concentration; of a great rarity.
