Domaine Combier’s red Hermitage is an exceptional, exclusive cuvée produced in very limited quantities on the prestigious slopes of Hermitage Hill (specifically from the renowned *Dionnières* terroir). Made from 100% organically farmed Syrah, this rare wine benefits from loess and rolled-pebble soils that lend it remarkable complexity. Meticulous winemaking and carefully controlled aging in oak barrels reveal the nobility of the terroir while preserving the elegance and fruit purity that define the Combier signature style.
In the glass, this fine Northern Rhône wine captivates with its dark hue and deep nose, exuding aromas of ripe black fruit, violet, and black pepper, alongside subtle notes of sweet spices and leather. On the palate, the power of the Hermitage terroir shines through a dense yet perfectly integrated tannic structure, offering a silky texture and great mineral freshness on the finish.
