At Comptoir des Millésimes, we are delighted to offer you this superb Puligny-Montrachet white wine from the Blain-Gagnard estate, a great Burgundy wine that captivates with its purity and precision. Made from Chardonnay grapes grown on the limestone soils of Puligny, this wine perfectly illustrates the elegance of the appellation. 

Tasting notes

It reveals a delicate nose with aromas of white flowers, white-fleshed fruits, and a mineral touch characteristic of the terroir.

On the palate, there is a remarkable balance between tension, freshness, and roundness. Careful barrel aging brings complexity and depth without ever masking the wine's natural freshness. This is a wine for aging, to be enjoyed from 2025 to 2038, which will enhance fine cuisine, particularly noble fish or white meats. A sure bet to slip into the cellar for lovers of great Burgundy whites.

Organic wine 

Cultivated organically since 2015, this 0.40-hectare plot located in the south-east of the appellation enjoys excellent sunshine. Controlled yields and manual harvesting allow the Chardonnay to reach optimal maturity, resulting in a wine with great aromatic precision.

Aged in casks on lees for 12 to 18 months, this Rully Premier Cru seduces with its frank and fruity expression, marked by notes of white flowers, chalk, and a beautiful purity of juice. The palate is elegant and taut, with a slightly salty finish and superb digestibility. It can be enjoyed now or kept until 2035 for lovers of evolved complexity. Excellent value for money for a Burgundy Premier Cru.
