- The wine : This superb Chardonnay from Domaine des Marnes Blanches is a subtle wine. It is matured over a period of 23 months. It is made from 75 year old vines.
- Tasting : A superb nose with flavours of freshly harvested pears and hazelnuts. One finds the balance, typical of the estate, in the mouth. A beautiful acidity which leads to a long finish.
- Terroir : White marl on limestone soil, from Cesancey.
- Yield: 20 hl/ha
- Vinification process: Pressed directly before fermentation and aged for 23 months in 225 litre oak barrels.
